Service Delivery & Revisions

  • Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided in the contract.

  • Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, beyond which additional fees may apply.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and costs.

Limitation of Liability

  • Adew Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service agreement.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • We respect client data privacy and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the UAE.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or government restrictions

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms.

  • Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Ajman Free Zone regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
